Do your repairs come with a warranty?
Yes, all repairs include a 12-month warranty for your peace of mind.
Does a new boiler or air conditioning installation come with a warranty?
Yes, all new installations are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. The length and terms of the warranty will vary depending on the appliance and manufacturer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, and Apple Pay payments.
Can you repair all boiler brands?
Yes, our experienced engineers are trained to repair all major domestic boiler brands.
Are all your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Yes, all of our gas engineers are fully Gas Safe registered and qualified to carry out domestic gas work safely and professionally.
What boiler brands do you install?
We install all major boiler brands. As Worcester Accredited Installers, we highly recommend Worcester Bosch products due to their reliability and performance, although we are happy to install alternative manufacturers based on customer preference.
Do you offer emergency callouts?
Yes, we offer emergency callout services. Please contact our office on 01923 834888 to arrange an engineer visit.
How much does a boiler repair cost?
Cost’s depend on the fault, parts required and boiler type. We provide clear quotes before work begins
What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours are Monday to Sunday, from 08:00 to 18:00.
Do you provide free quotations?
Yes, we provide free, no-obligation quotations. Please email quotes@rightgas.co.uk and a member of our team will be in touch.
How quickly can you attend an emergency?
We understand the urgency of emergency situations and aim to attend same-day emergency callouts where possible, particularly for calls received before 11:00am.
Do you offer finance options?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer finance options at this time.
How long does an annual boiler or air conditioning service take?
Most boiler and air conditioning services take approximately 45–60 minutes to complete.
How long does a boiler installation take?
Most boiler installations are completed within one day, although this can vary depending on the complexity of the work involved.
Are your engineers F-Gas qualified?
Not all of our engineers hold F-Gas qualifications; however, any work carried out on air conditioning systems will always be completed by a fully qualified F-Gas certified engineer.
